1. Where can I find drivers for my system or monitor?
With every system and monitor is a drivers CD located in the packaging box. If you have misplaced your driver CD or if you are looking for updates to the existing drivers refer to the following links or contact methods:

2. What is the lead time for new orders?
All of orders are built to the customer's specifications and requirements (Build to Order). The lead time for new orders placed is determined based upon component availability. Generally, the lead time for new orders with parts in stock is 5-10 business days from the time an order is placed.
Non Standard products may have longer lead times. Please call and check on

3. If I need a repair, when will I get it back?
Our goal to repair or service your product is (3) three business days upon the receipt of the product. For warranty service that means the product is received with a valid RMA number, repaired, and shipped back via ground shipping. For products that are outside the warranty period, our goal is to have a repair estimate communicated back to you within three (3) business days. Actual repair time will vary depending on approval, part availability and payment resolution.
4. What is the length of warranty for TouchSystems' products?
What is the length of warranty for TouchSystems' products?
All touch monitors have a standard (3) three year return to depot (RTD) warranty. TouchSystems does have other warranty options for monitors, such as advanced replacement at an additional cost. Touch computers come standard with a (1) one year RTD warranty and the option for a (3) three year RTD warranty is $199. Warranty and Service options are only valid and available to products sold within the United States.
5. When can I purchase additional warranty options?
With the first (90) ninety days from purchase, you can upgrade or purchase expanded service/warranty options.
6. If my product is out of warranty and I need service, can I still get it fixed?
Yes, TouchSystems does do repair and service on products that are out of warranty.
7. What is the cost associated to out of warranty repairs?
The cost associated to an out of warranty repair is based upon parts and labor, plus return ground shipping. There is a minimum of $95 labor fee for any out of warranty service. See our warranty page: http://www.touchsystems.com/warranty.php
8. Does TouchSystems ship products outside of the continental United States?
Yes, we ship products worldwide*. Taxes and duties associated with shipping vary for each Country, so please contact your TouchSystems Sales Associate for a customized quote. TouchSystems compiles with all United States exportation laws. *Some countries and destination might be restricted.
9. Can I buy peripherals and software from TouchSystems?
Yes, TouchSystems has access to more than 70,000 software titles and peripherals for your touch equipment. From mounting arms to onscreen touch keyboard software, TouchSystems provides everything in between.
10. Does TouchSystems do custom or special projects?
Yes, TouchSystems prides itself on being able to deliver the right touch solution for your company. If we do not have what you are looking for in our standard product offerings, we will provide quotations on your custom project. There is typical a one time (Non-reoccurring Engineering) fee for designs, drawings and tooling. The fee can range from $2500 to $7500 depending on design complexity.
11. How can I buy products from TouchSystems?
We sell products both direct and indirect. 12.What type of payment(s) does TouchSystems accept?
TouchSystems accepts most major credit cards including; Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For purchases over $3000, we do have NET 30 Day Terms available for qualified companies. We also accept wire transfers and for purchases outside North America, wire transfer is the only available payment method.
13. What shipping carriers does TouchSystems use?
TouchSystems standard shipping carries is DHL Express. We can ship with other providers via: UPS or FedEx. If you want us to ship collect or against your shipping account we can do so.
14. Where is TouchSystems located?
TouchSystems is located in Central Texas, approximately 15 miles from Austin in the city of Hutto, Texas. The address for TouchSystems Corporation is; 220 Tradesmen Dr, Hutto, Texas 78634.
