Hutto, TX – June 5, 2010 – TouchSystems is excited to announce the debut of the S4050D-U1 at this year’s InfoComm. The S4050D-U1 is an exciting addition to the interactive digital signage family, allowing businesses to have an intelligent large format displays at a reasonable price.

With sensors for ambient light, internal temperature, and a digitized signal delay circuit, the S4050D-U1 is aware of its surroundings and capable of compensating for environmental factors that may affect viewing quality.

State of the art technology includes energy conscious with programmable scheduling up for shut down and start up and a carbon footprint meter. Perhaps more important for larger display areas is the daisy chain connectivity allows a single change to affect all connected displays.

Dispersive signal touch technology (DST), designed especially for large format displays, retains exception visual appeal and reads nearly any touch stimulus. Scratch resistant touch and a sealed panel design ensure that this display will outlive the challenges of high traffic areas.

This new display will be showcased with the Marquis Digital Signage Suite from Starmount Systems. The Marquis Suite ensures a customizable digital signage display with user created menus, content scheduling, and an internet based application that allows corporate-wide to store-wide content display.
 
InfoComm will be held June 5 through June 11 in the Las Vegas Convention Center. The S4050D-U1 will be on display at booth N2743. Starmount will be located at InfoComm booth N1773.
