In most cases we are able to resolve questions or issues quickly over the phone without the need for a product return. A TouchSystems technician will troubleshoot with you to figure out if a part is broken.
If your system needs repair, TouchSystems will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (“RMA”) and information on where to ship the system for repair.
Please note that an RMA NUMBER MUST BE OBTAINED. If a product is shipped directly to TouchSystems without an RMA number, the product may be returned at the owner’s expense.
